Using the principles of YIN and YANG, pressure points, meridian work and Zen Ki Yoga, we will make improvements to the flexibility in your:

  • hips (hip flexors, outer hips, buttocks)

  • lower back

  • inner thighs

  • hamstrings

  • quadriceps

  • upper back/chest

  • shoulders

  • sides

Zoom recording will be available for 30 days. Notes are provided so you can continue to use the work.
